  • Assist in amending and preparing Wills and other legal forms.
  • Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and client requirements.
  • Process TT forms and manage e-payment transactions.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Make and receive phone calls to and from clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication at all times.
  • Transcribe audio recordings into written documents with high accuracy.
