Responsibilities

Develop and execute drive test plans in alignment with project requirements and network performance goals.
Schedule and assign tasks to drive test teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network planning, optimization, and implementation teams, to align testing activities.
Manage logistics for drive test equipment, vehicles, and team assignments.
Oversee field teams conducting drive tests, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor real-time drive test progress and address operational challenges.
Ensure proper collection of data using testing tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo, or similar tools).
Analyze data collected from drive tests to identify network performance issues such as dropped calls, weak coverage, or low throughput.
Prepare detailed reports on network KPIs, including signal strength, interference levels, and user experience metrics.
Provide actionable recommendations for network optimization based on drive test findings.
Assist teams in resolving technical issues related to testing tools and equipment.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all drive test activities, results, and equipment usage.
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Train drive test engineers and technicians on tools, processes, and best practices.
