Responsibilities

  • Conducting field assignments, such as performing industrial hygiene monitoring, noise assessments, hazardous materials surveying and abatement monitoring, mold inspections and remediation monitoring, indoor air quality assessments, chemical inventory assessments, ergonomics assessments, job hazard assessments and similar assignments.
  • Assisting senior staff in conducting EHS audits and EHS program development.
  • Preparing technical reports, including documentation of field investigative procedures, data management and interpretation, and development of graphical and tabular presentation of data.
  • Preparing and submitting periodic regulatory reports.
  • This position requires periodic travel within the United States and internationally for work at client sites. This individual should expect to spend approximately 80% of their work time at client sites; each individual trip generally lasts 1 to 5 days for this position. This individual should be able to conduct assessments at industrial facilities, including climbing ladders, walking upstairs, and carrying field equipment. This individual will work closely with and support senior IH and EHS practitioners and project managers. Interacting with clients and regulators to meet task and budget requirements is a key to success in this position.
