Responsibilities

  • - Manage Pernod Ricard’s UK early careers programmes
  • - Lead our industrial placement programme, recruiting ~35 talents each year, managing the cycle end to end from requirements gathering, through candidate attraction & selection (with our partner Bright Network) to offer management, as well as managing the placement student community during their time with us (community management, ensuring strong training path with our Talent & Learning Team) and building an alumni programme to increase retention of top early careers talent
  • - Manage our targeted Commercial Graduate Programme (~8 hires p.a.), including review of existing programme to ensure it remains aligned with business need, managing the cycle end to end as above
  • - Review our apprenticeship programmes, ensuring we are using our levy in the most beneficial way and proposing a future-fit apprenticeship approach that both provides return on investment and a strong, diverse early talent pipeline
  • - Manage Pernod Ricard’s UK employer brand
  • - Support the shift in our TA model towards proactive talent acquisition practices, such as employer brand building, recruitment marketing and talent pipelining
  • - Develop, run and measure the effectiveness of employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns in order to drive recruitment outcomes
  • - Adapting global assets, design and implement a programme of ‘always on’ employer brand communication in collaboration with our local Communications teams and global EVP team, in order to enhance awareness and consideration of Pernod Ricard as an employer of choice in the UK
  • - Embed Pernod Ricard’s new global EVP locally
  • - Manage strategic HR projects
  • - Review current Early Careers programmes to propose creative, digital and leading approaches to early careers recruitment and communicating our employer brand
  • - Includes projects in the wider HR function, e.g. you will own a redesign of our end-to-end employee onboarding programme across the full UK population
