  • The Hartford’s Early Immersion Program is ideal for high achieving college sophomores interested in exploring internships and career opportunities in the insurance industry. This event will take place the third week of June 2024.

Requirements

  • Sophomore level class standing (2026 graduation date)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Record of high achievement, self-motivation, ability to multi-task and a strong work ethic
  • Availability to commit to three consecutive dates in June
  • Interest in any of the following career fields: Actuarial Science, Claims, Finance, Investment Management, Marketing, Operations, Technology & Data, Risk Management, Underwriting or other insurance related careers
