What will the Edinburgh Building Surveying Graduate Programme 2024 entail?
The programme involves training aligned to a relevant Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. You will gain experience in the entire life cycle of buildings and work closely with clients and team members on a variety of Building Surveying tasks.
Will graduates on this programme have the opportunity to work in different departments?
While the programme is non-rotational, there will be opportunities to gain broad experience across the whole department. Additionally, there may be opportunities to experience other disciplines such as Project Management and Quantity Surveying if there is interest.
Is there a team that graduates will be working with?
Graduates will be placed in a diverse and dynamic team where they will work closely with clients and team members. There will also be opportunities to work with other graduates going through the same Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) process.
