Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive online and offline content strategy for L'Oréal Professionnel education, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and business objectives. Create engaging training materials, including social media content, presentations, handouts, and platform-specific resources.
  • Manage and update brand content across all channels, adapting global DMI content to resonate with the Italian market. Oversee the L'Oréal Professionnel Access platform, ensuring fresh and relevant content to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Access, Social Media, LPS, CRM, and multi-brand colleagues, to ensure a cohesive and impactful content ecosystem. Lead the editorial committee, analyzing content effectiveness and optimizing strategies based on data and insights.
  • Develop educational content specifically designed to drive traffic to LPS and amplify our social media presence. Partner with the Social Media team to ensure content aligns with overall social strategy and drives engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with field teams and squads to ensure seamless execution of educational content initiatives, providing support and resources to maximize impact at the salon level.
