Do we support remote work?
Yes, we offer hybrid work opportunities, requiring post holders to spend a minimum of one day on-site per fortnight.
Is Epic certification required for applicants?
Applicants without Epic certification are required to undertake an Epic aptitude assessment (the Sphinx test) prior to interview.
What Band level will I start at if I don't have Epic certification?
Candidates without Epic certification will start at Band 6 and will undergo training to achieve certification.
What qualifications or experience are necessary for this role?
A good understanding of NHS inpatient services, some experience in using and/or configuring EHRs, and a keen interest in improving services through digital technology are necessary for this role.
What kind of team will I be working with?
You will join an experienced and diverse team of analysts who support UCLH's digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
What are the main responsibilities of this role?
Main responsibilities include analyzing processes, modifying Epic to support working practices, testing changes, providing end-user support, and maintaining relationships with departmental leads and subject matter experts.
