Responsibilities

  • We work closely with clinical, administrative & managerial staff, analysing their processes & helping them agree clinical best practice standards & workflows.
  • We modify Epic to reflect & support these working practices.
  • We test changes to ensure they fulfil organisation requirements, are safe, & work as expected.
  • We provide end-user support using specialist application knowledge through regular meetings & incident investigation & resolution.
  • We have excellent relationships with departmental leads, super-users & subject matter experts.
  • We have a rolling upgrade programme which delivers new features & functionality.
