Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing fee proposals, working closely with clients, and representing Waterman in meetings.
  • Coordinating with the wider team, managing workload, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Providing leadership within the team, particularly for less experienced engineers and graduates, helping to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Designing electrical services throughout the RIBA stages and in accordance with the Building Safety Act and associated Building Gateways, including detailed designs, specifications, and calculations.
  • Engaging with clients, attending site visits, and providing technical advice as required.
  • Working on a variety of projects, including small to medium-sized schemes, as well as larger-scale residential and commercial projects.
