Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the hospital campus.
  • Be part of a multi-skilled technical team and will be responsible for the delivery of specialist technical services for a wide range of duties in relation to all disciplines of building services, including, but not limited to, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Accept a wide range of cross trade duties so as to deliver a high standard of service.
  • Assist with training and education of apprentices and adult trainees, ensuring they gain the necessary training and experience to meet the needs of their training program.
