Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the UKG Dimensions Time and Attendance systems team, including routine reporting and actions taken to ensure the efficient operation and governance of all systems.
  • Responsible for resolving system errors and issues in alignment with agreed SLA’s and governance frameworks.
  • Responsible for ensuring all pay close activities are managed in an efficient and timely manner to enable payroll processing each fortnight.
  • Lead the ways of working and delivery within the team with a focus on evolving and improving our people processes and systems based on data, insights and human centred design.
  • Identify areas for process improvement by conducting data analysis activities.
  • Management of resources in active collaboration with other key stakeholders to ensure that systems projects and operational activities are completed to agreed timelines.
  • Production of key data insights for the business to raise and identify opportunities to strengthen pay compliance.
  • Representing the Time & Attendance Systems Team at multiple senior forums to raise awareness of key changes and insights that need to be managed across the business.
  • Proactive engagement with key stakeholder groups and engagement more broadly with external vendors and networks to create a community of practice.
  • Input and support with the implementation of any changes as a result of EA / Award Changes across the business.
  • Change Request and Service Request management through sprint planning, testing and deployment to production.
  • Lead and participate in People systems projects as required to support the implementation of new technology, system releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
