Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and administer five (5) Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
  • Lead employee and labor relations efforts ranging from day-to-day activities to strategic contractual issues.
  • Serve as a key contact for union representatives and manage union-management relationships.
  • Advise and train all levels of management in the interpretation of the law and collective bargaining agreements. Serve as advisor, mentor and coach to leaders in support of achieving business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and development to the Employee and Labor Relations team.
  • Establish programs and processes to facilitate creation of a positive work environment.
  • Partner with managers on staffing requirements including, hiring, promotions, transfers, and reductions-in-force.
