What is the primary responsibility of the End User Support Administrator?
The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and support employees with their IT-related problems, managing issues from start to finish and escalating to the Team lead when necessary.
What kind of issues will I be troubleshooting in this role?
You will be troubleshooting computer, application, system, device, and hardware issues, as well as managing access and configurations.
What are the educational requirements for this position?
A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
Is prior experience necessary for this role?
Yes, a minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, proven organizational skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
Will I be working independently or as part of a team?

Daily tasks include setting up new hire PCs, managing help desk tickets, providing IT Service Desk support, and managing IT asset inventory, among other assigned tasks.
