Responsibilities

  • As the Energy & Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, operational management and delivery of the organisation’s green plan initiatives, maximising resource and investment towards achieving specific sustainability goals, whilst exploring new opportunities to improve performance and effectiveness, in a sustainable and efficient way.
  • The post-holder will need to work closely with the Capital, Estates and Facilities (CEF) senior leadership team to ensure compliance with Contractual terms and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) with particular focus on statutory, mandatory, and best practice compliance and due diligence audits.
  • The post holder will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values GMMH service users' and their carers.
  • The post holder will embrace the core values of the organisation.
