  • Aptitude to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process.
  • Knowledge & direct experience in NPI operations and manufacturing engineering.
  • Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
  • Experience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing principals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Work with other engineering team members to improve existing design or Process.
  • Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Create Work Instruction for New Product and Update Work Instruction for Engineering Changes
  • Support Cycle time estimation study and NRE estimation (NRE) estimation for Request for Quote (RFQ) preparation
  • Create Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis for New product
  • Support for Tools, Jigs & Fixture design for product assembly
  • Hands on experience in SolidWorks, Auto CAD, Creo software
  • Support for Design for Manufacturing, Design for mechanical assembly
  • Support for Penalization for PCB fabrication
  • Prepare Daily plan / production down time analysis report
  • Supporting for convert PCB cad files and 3D cad files from one format to another format
  • Prepare Over all equipment efficiency report (OEE) and Equipment utilization report
  • Perform Multiphysics stimulation
