Working Hours: Full Time, 39 hours per week (shifts: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm)

Responsibilities Include

Developing a clear strategy to improve onsite engineering services that support world-class manufacturing methods.

Designing clear and sustainable policies and procedures for the business and the team to operate by.

Benchmarking activities with other leading manufacturers.

Introducing systematic control methods to increase efficiency.

Changing behaviours within the function to provide a world-class service.

Developing expertise in onsite equipment.

Defining necessary maintenance activities that will impact manufacturing performance.

Liaising with other managers across the organisation to ensure integration of process recommendations and alignment with corporate objectives.

Managing specific projects and undertaking project activity.

Evaluating project results and providing recommendations for resource, procedure, system, or technology changes.

Ensuring the implementation of projects for expanding and modifying production lines.Requirements:
