  • Portfolio Management: Develop and manage the regional capital investment portfolio and facilitate the corporate approval process.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success. Monitor project health and proactively address challenges.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and collaborators, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Prioritization: Identify resource needs for projects at various locations, bringing to bear important collaborators to ensure the right individuals are assigned to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to applicable regulations and standards, ensuring high quality and performance levels are maintained.
