  • Provide expert advice, education and support to patients, relatives and other healthcare professionals within this specialist field
  • Be allocated their own work stream, and working flexibly in support of optimal service provision, will regularly back fill sessions of other practitioners
  • Work with the senior team to undertake and maintain National, Trust and departmental clinical audit to support quality assurance, patient safety and clinical governance
  • Working in collaboration with the MDT to support the development of a high quality sustainable service. Providing a service to uphold patient safety and compliance, reducing incidence of complications and cancellation
  • Work collaboratively to support the Enteral Nutrition Team and the MDT to provide, evaluate and audit the relevant pathways in accordance with National guidelines
  • Participate in training relevant clinical teams
