  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent technical degree/experience.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in a wide range of cloud technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Programming working knowledge in Python as well as ideally, Java. Knowledge of one more frameworks such as Tensorflow, Pytorch etc. Front end development skills. Experience with software development, version controls. Foundation in DevOps technologies like Docker, Kubernetes. Programmers with working knowledge of COBOL also of interest.
  • Technical Leadership: Proven experience with customer-facing, technical solutions teams in a variety of cloud architectures .
  • Solution Expertise: Technical expertise in a cloud-related solution domain such as Data/Analytics, Data Science, Security, or other cloud-native, hybrid, or public-cloud technology.
  • Client and Team Relationship Building: Experience in team collaboration as well as collaborative client relationships at all levels within organizations.
  • Must be readily able to travel to the U.S
  • Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Cloud Platform Expertise: Experience in architecting, deploying, and operating solutions built on AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud.
  • MLOps/LLMOps Skills: Experience with popular MLOps frameworks (e.g, Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, etc)
  • Solution Architecture: Solution Architect or IT/Public Cloud Consultant experience.
  • Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding and demonstrable application of Agile best practices

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Expertise: Combine contemporary cloud skills, including AI, analytics, DevOps, DevSecOps, security, networking, and storage, with deep industry expertise and a deep understanding of your dedicated set of clients’ businesses.
  • Value Communication: Define and communicate the differentiated value of IBM’s technology both technically and commercially. Applies a user-centric approach to ensure the Pilot demonstrates value to the user and achieves the desired client impact.
  • Technical Leadership: Actively contribute to client sessions that encompass a broad range of public and hybrid cloud technologies, such as Red Hat OpenShift, IBM Cloud Paks, and Kubernetes, among others.
  • Solution Support: Support the solutions architecture plan while participating as a hands-on “builder” in client-facing engagements.
  • Security and Reliability: Provide advice to ensure that solution architecture includes provisions for security, reliability, and anticipated future needs.
