Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 1+ years post-graduate experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint or other website design platforms
  • Travel up to 5%

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing learning materials for in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments and managing internal training websites. The ideal candidate will have a mix of communication, writing skills, and visual design.
  • Develop course content (presentations, learning activities, assignments, assessments, etc.)
  • Create virtual learning content (e.g., eLearning courses, instructor-led courses)
  • Develop instructor lesson plans, rubrics, and other teaching tools
  • Edit and proofread materials for grammar, format, style, accuracy, and consistency
  • Create graphics and other visual for training materials and websites
  • Write and edit content for internal training platform and team website
  • Collaborate with internal partners to maintain and upgrade internal training platform
  • Support other instructional design team activities as needed
