Responsibilities

  • - Facilitate the successful delivery of the benefits of our new Electronic Patient Record with work aligned to HDFT's Strategic Planning Framework
  • - Work with our EPR Benefits Lead to facilitate EPR-related continuous improvement work using our Impact lean methodology
  • - Be responsible for project assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that the benefits of our EPR digital transformation projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • - Work collaboratively with colleagues from across the Trust
  • - Support the Deputy Director – Strategy and Improvement across a range of continuous improvement, improvement operating model, business transformation and pathway/process improvement work, spanning the breadth of the Trust’s functions
  • - Work in a complex environment, with various clinical directorates, health and care system partner organisations, patient groups and local communities
