Responsibilities

  • Lead the Company’s response to changes in Employment Law, ensuring policies, processes are updated and in line with best practise.
  • Working with the ER Manager and ERBPs to ensure all claims and employment law issues are managed to the best possible outcome
  • Support delivery of the ER Plan
  • Lead elements of the ER Plan
  • Lead of aligned projects – focus on time and attendance project for 2025
  • ERBPs and the ERLMS Team, conduct detailed analysis of management information to identify UK-wide trends and make recommendations for action.
  • Production of ER Tribunal claims, legal spend report
  • Work with Director of ER/HRSS to produce ad-hoc reports and presentations.
  • Work with leadership team to deliver ER content for HR conferences and annual employment law updates.
  • Maintain, manage and develop all HR policies engaging with the relevant stakeholders
  • Develop rigorous ER reporting process and continuously improve
  • Explore new digital options to streamline all processes and activity across the function
  • Continuous improvement of ER processes and practices
