Requirements

  • 2-3 years previous experience in a marketing role: preferably in the beauty industry or in an FMCG environment
  • Proven written and analytical skills, and ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task. Able to demonstrate experience of copywriting / has strong copywriting skills
  • Experience of analysing reports and making recommendations on appropriate actions to take
  • PC Skills: knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Canva
  • A foundational understanding/ experience of Visual Merchandising is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Support the Implementation of Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution
  • Setting up key campaign documents and meetings
  • Assist brand manager in updating the brand marketing calendar with any movements/NPD
  • Develop Campaign Signage and Marketing Collaterals
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager on briefing creative materials for campaigns and ensure the creative and copy is in line with our campaign focus and brand image
  • Tracking sampling and gifting activity alongside the Brand Manager, you will assist with stock management of our samples and suggest appropriate opportunities to help clear through excess whilst still being relevant to the Erborian customer
  • Visual Merchandising: Implementing bricks & mortar roll out
  • Work with creative and production agencies to ensure we have given our retailers the correct guidance on how our displays should look and are equipped to maintain the displays in store
  • Conduct regular store visits to check VM has been executed to a high standard, reporting back to the Brand Manager and Regional Sales and Education Manager any issues that need to be addressed
  • Identify interesting/innovative activity from competitors and make suggestions of opportunities we could be maximising as a brand
  • Support Event Management
  • Work alongside the Regional Sales and Education manager to support individual stores implementing local marketing activities with pro-active strategy & analysis in order to maximise their business & add value
  • Reporting on the marketing aspect of these events, responding to set KPIs in order to measure success
  • Understand best practice, looking for innovation and proactively suggesting ideas for improvement
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Identify & track activities of key competitors and innovators, to report and suggest appropriate response to maintain Erborian’s competitive position
  • Keep an eye out for competitor activations such as pop up events. Where possible, attend events to gain an insight into what other brands are doing to bring their products to life
