Responsibilities

  • - Provide administrative support to the ESR / Workforce Information Team, being the first point of contact for ESR queries i.e. online payslip access and manage central email inboxes.
  • - Provide support in the maintenance and data cleansing of the ESR system.
  • - Contribute to improving system functionality and assist with ESR projects as and when required.
  • - Be responsible for delivering standardized reports daily and weekly across the HR Directorate.
  • - Act as an initial point of contact for all queries to the ESR Team received by the ESR email accounts.
  • - Administer online payslip passwords and support users with access to the system as and when required.
  • - Maintain access for users on the ESR.
  • - Run and distribute standard reports daily using ESR BI and Excel.
  • - Manage the Workforce FOI inbox, producing FOI reports on request within timescales.
  • - Provide basic ESR administration for the team.
  • - Support the ongoing projects, organising monthly emails, contacting managers, carrying out ESR data input in a timely manner.
  • - Assist with the data cleansing and the routine interrogation of ESR as required and monitor ESR for accuracy and validation of the data supplied.
  • - Carry out routine system audit checks as directed.
  • - Maintain the ESR Self Service hierarchy.
  • - Support with the implementation of projects that are on-going within the team.
  • - Actively contribute ideas for the improvement of service provision within the team.
  • - Attend ESR meetings and other ad-hoc meetings taking notes as required.
