  • Serve as a subject matter expert for warehouse operations
  • Responsible for preparing national and international shipments and related documentation
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving of IT hardware and other equipment
  • Responsible for ensuring security, compliance and timely deliveries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Overseeing cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas
  • Verify and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet security specifications
  • Perform hardware inspections as per the security inspection/receiving procedures
  • Maintain inventory of all hardware and consumables
  • Inventory audits and reporting
