Responsibilities

  • Plan and project lead all aspects of events end-to-end, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, accommodations, entertainment, and product displays.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring all events are completed within established parameters.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners, including vendors, agencies, licensees, and event partners, to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Support the negotiation of agreements with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and terms.
  • Provide on-site event management and support, overseeing staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Run event budgets effectively, tracking expenses accurately, and providing regular status updates to the Communications Director.
