Responsibilities

  • In this rotational program, you will be a key member of an engaged, high-performing team.
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in three - eight-month rotations (totaling two years) through a Line of business within Finance; Management Discussion & Analysis, Treasury, Corporate Development, Advanced Data Analytics, Finance Transformation and Financial Planning & Analysis teams.
  • You will also receive the best-in-class training focused on data visualization, automation and process reengineering to advance your career at BMO.
  • During this program, you will build relationships across BMO Finance and share your best practices with Leadership.

The Finance Rotation Program consists of three rotations, each lasting eight months, totaling two years across various teams within Finance.

The successful candidates will need to be available to work full-time beginning in January or May 2025.

This is a hybrid role, so the successful candidate will need to be located close to the primary work location in Toronto to work in-office.

The salary range for this position is between $54,500.00 and $101,500.00.
