What is the structure of the Finance Rotation Program?
The Finance Rotation Program consists of three rotations, each lasting eight months, totaling two years across various teams within Finance.
When can candidates start working if selected for the program?
The successful candidates will need to be available to work full-time beginning in January or May 2025.
What is the location requirement for this position?
This is a hybrid role, so the successful candidate will need to be located close to the primary work location in Toronto to work in-office.
What qualifications are required for applicants?
Applicants should have a graduate or undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Data & Analytics, Risk Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Mathematics. Additionally, 1-2 years of relevant work experience, including co-op or internship placements, is highly recommended.
What kind of training will participants receive in the program?
Participants will receive best-in-class training focused on data visualization, automation, and process reengineering.
What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range for this position is between $54,500.00 and $101,500.00.
Are there additional benefits included in the compensation package?
