Responsibilities

  • - Providing high level support to our Executive Leadership Team
  • - Preparing agenda and board meeting materials
  • - Attending internal meetings and taking notes where required
  • - Arranging meetings and appointments
  • - Ensuring diaries are up to date
  • - Providing supporting paperwork and information prior to meetings
  • - Taking responsibility of any other administrative duties where needed
  • - Making travel and accommodation arrangements
  • - Liaising with the relevant companies to ensure this is taken care of
  • - Ensuring all parties have up to date itineraries
  • - Supporting with event planning
