Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive’s daily schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, including email management, phone calls, and letters.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Travel Management: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international trips.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
  • Project Management: Assist in the management of key company projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and executive off-site activities.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports for the executive and ensure proper documentation and reimbursement.
