Responsibilities

  • Provide first class co-ordination support to the EMEA President.
  • Complex, cross-time zone calendar management: Expertly manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones whilst monitoring precise and proactive inbox management to ensure seamless communication and maximised productivity for the President.
  • Handle sensitive communications and documentation with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Project coordination: drive accountability on key initiatives and commitments and conduct regular check-ins to track progression strategic priorities.
  • Events and culture carrier: organise, execute, and assist with team activities (on-sites/off-sites, monthly agenda’s, team social events) Plan and organise internal and external events and manage logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Prepare and organise agendas and materials and chasing up any resulting actions.
  • Stakeholder engagement: serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, efficiently managing inquiries.
  • Creating itineraries for business trips, including arranging flights, hotels, taxis, and visas.
  • Quarterly EMEA travel with the President and leadership team to ensure smooth running of the trip.
  • Expense management: oversee and track the Presidents expenses.
  • Internal relationship manager: act as key liaison and coordinate communication between the President and other members across the business.
  • Manage direct report of Admin Assistant to the EMEA leadership team.
