Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the EVP of WinnDevelopment.
  • Manage all business travel arrangements for the EVP.
  • Process departmental invoices, vendor credentialing and EVP business expense reports.
  • Attend internal/external meetings and take detailed notes for departmental review.
  • Maintain daily Outlook calendars and email inboxes by coordinating meetings and appointments and returning email correspondence.
  • Assist Executive Assistants from other departments with coverage and other admin responsibilities.
  • Assist in organizing departmental initiatives, SOPs, and documentation within online library for streamlined communication and reference guides.
  • Professionally represent the department through proper communication with all clients, vendors, and company employees.
  • Create job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (Lever), assist in scheduling interviews for the department leaders, monitor EVP approvals during hiring process, and prepare new hire orientation checklist for proper onboarding.
  • Create comprehensive Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform additional special assignments as needed.
