  • Manage calendars in a proactive and thoughtful manner for our CFO + VPs.
  • Execute on external events in tandem with the Finance executive and leadership team (i.e. conferences, speaking engagements, team building).
  • Quarterback special projects associated with our Finance executive and leadership team.
  • Manage travel & expedite expense reports.
  • Collaborate cohesively with other members of the administrative support team.
