Responsibilities

  • - Provide a high level of administrative support to the Director of DDAR
  • - Include project and diary management
  • - Co-ordinating the Director’s communications with the offices of the President, Vice-Presidents, Deans and Senior Leadership (SLT) members
  • - Communicating with the Offices of the University’s top level external donors and volunteers
  • - Researching, collation and preparation of high level, confidential paperwork for senior meetings, both on and off campus
  • - Provide additional support to the Division’s senior leaders as required
  • - Support projects relating to the People & OD plan for the Division
