Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2:1 or above
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information and data into clear, focused, easily digestible reports and presentations.
  • An interest in ESG matters including Climate Change and the role Insurance companies can play in the transition to Net Zero.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Ability to build a strong network with colleagues across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure we are connecting and aligning all the ESG activity across the international division into a cohesive strategy.
  • Identification and analysis of global ESG trends, regulations, and best practices and understand their implications for the Insurance sector.
  • Support communication of our ESG strategy, performance, and progress both internally and externally
  • Support in the development and delivery of specific sustainability related initiatives where ownership rests with the Sustainability team rather than the business.
