Responsibilities

  • Work daily as the dedicated Executive Office Scheduler with primary responsibility for handling the GC’s calendar.
  • Work with immediate front office staff on ensuring scheduling actions are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Coordinate with other offices to deconflict schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Answer phone calls; escort non-cleared personnel in the office; and maintain files.
  • Make copies; scan documents; produce files; serve as the primary scheduler for the GC; and maintain basic office functions.
  • Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.
