Requirements

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Outstanding portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to produce advertising and commercial content.
  • 10+ years of experience as an executive or senior producer in the advertising industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading productions of all scales, both in-house and remote.
  • A vast network of creative partners to tap on for all types of production work-streams.
  • A deep understanding of commercial production including but not limited to, sourcing directors, casting agencies, production companies, post houses, SAG-AFTRA requirements and guidelines etc.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex, high-profile, and multi-channel creative projects, on time, on budget, and on brand. Experience should include:
  • Broadcast commercials
  • Paid and organic social
  • Video for web
  • Still photography (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and align teams at all levels.
  • Passion for creativity and innovation, and a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship.

  • Overseeing the entire production process, from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Managing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including internal clients, external clients, agency partners and talent representatives.
  • Ensuring the creative team delivers high-quality content on-time and within budget.
  • Activating Visa’s sponsorships with major events such as NFL, FIFA, Olympics, and Formula 1.
  • Utilizing expert knowledge of the advertising industry and experience with high-profile talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with SAG-AFTRA requirements and guidelines.
  • Leading productions of all scales, both in-house and remote.
  • Fostering and maintaining a vast network of creative partners for various production needs.
