Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive Executive candidate experience roadmap, driving high priority projects through to completion
  • Support on-site interviews for Executive (Director+) candidates, coordinating with Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leaders at Chewy and serving as an in-person liaison for Executive candidates when they visit the Plantation, FL Headquarters (as needed)
  • Work closely with the Executive Search Recruiting Coordinator, optimizing workflows to ensure seamless communication between candidates and the recruiting team
  • Handle customer concerns from senior leaders and executive candidates and as needed, serve in a coordinator capacity for the most confidential and critical searches
  • Schedule reference calls and ensure proper storage of and access to reference notes
  • Standardize templates for all Executive Search communications and job descriptions and partner with Talent Marketing teams to ensure the candidate experience aligns with external messaging and values
  • Responsible for the Executive Search SharePoint; ensure proper confidential information management and storage
  • Coordinate Executive onboarding, liaising between internal teams including Shared Services, Learning and Development, EAs, IT, HR to create a flawless process for new hires
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Executive Search candidate WOW program, including inventory management, execution of tickets and tracking
  • Build, launch and lead a tracking system for executive referrals
  • Review, evaluate and propose tools for research and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best in class practices related to candidate experience and executive search
  • Liaise between various cross-functional teams including Executive Administration, Talent Management, Recruiting Coordination, Human Resources and Executive Onboarding
