Responsibilities

  • Refine and enhance our executive sourcing strategies to effectively identify, attract, engage, and assess diverse top executive talent.
  • Innovate in executive sourcing, including comprehensive talent mapping, to build robust, diverse pipelines for HPE.
  • Improve and drive operational efficiencies through workflows, recruitment tools, tracking and monitoring candidate progress.
  • Serve as a thought leader in executive talent sourcing, staying current with best practices, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead with a proactive approach to strategic sourcing partnerships.
  • Ensures that staffing efforts are in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
  • Confidently engage with the executive recruiting team and senior leaders to present, defend, and clarify projects, programs, or solutions.
  • Influence high-level audiences and maintain an executive demeanor in highly complex situations.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the technology sector to conduct thorough market research, identify talent trends, and forecast future talent needs.
  • Design and implement dynamic sourcing strategies that address immediate vacancies and build a robust pipeline of prospects for strategic growth in our executive team.
