Requirements

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de formation supérieure type Ecole de Commerce / Master 2 ou d’ingénieur avec une spécialité financière (Finance, comptabilité).
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience préalable réussie (stage, alternance) en banques, fonds d’investissement ou sponsors industriels en financement de projet ou structuré.
  • Reconnu pour votre rigueur et votre capacité à investir dans les sujets complexes, vous avez des qualités d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Vous êtes un bon communicant à l’oral et à l’écrit.
  • L’esprit d’équipe et la proactivité sont vos alliés au quotidien.
  • Enfin, vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et idéalement d’une seconde langue étrangère.

Responsibilities

  • Contribuer aux activités d’origination du business (identification d’opportunités commerciales, préparation et rédaction de propositions commerciales destinées à nos prospects, recherches et veille commerciale, etc.)
  • Gérer et/ou contribuer à l’ensemble de nos missions de conseil pour des industriels ou fonds d’investissement privés ainsi que pour des autorités publiques
  • Construire, développer et utiliser des modèles financiers afin d’évaluer les projets (rentabilité pour les actionnaires, structuration du financement, analyse de bancabilité, tests de sensibilités)
  • Participer aux réflexions sur la structuration financière, l’analyse des risques du projet et la levée du financement (dettes et fonds propres)
  • Négocier la documentation du projet (principaux contrats publics, documentation de crédit, SPA, etc.)
