What is the Expedition Women in Leadership Program?
The Expedition Women in Leadership Program is a 24-month rotational program focused on identifying, developing, and retaining high-performing diversity talent within Scotiabank, specifically in Canadian Banking and Wealth Management.
What is the structure of the program?
The program consists of three rotations, each lasting 8 months, providing Associates the opportunity to lead and support strategic projects aligned with the bank's priorities.
What qualifications are preferred for applicants?
A Master’s Degree or a professional designation (e.g., CA, CFA, PMP) is preferred, along with a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant work experience.
Is coding experience necessary for all rotations?
Coding experience (e.g., SAS SQL, Python) and knowledge of Power BI and Tableau are considered assets for some rotations, but they are not mandatory for all.
How do I apply for the program?
To apply, you must complete your PLUM Profile and a short one-way video interview (RIVS), followed by submitting your application through the Scotiabank career site.
