Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field of study.
  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • 1+ year(s) experience in the semiconductor environment. Experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, military training and/or work experience.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experimental design; and the skills to apply that knowledge to tool matching, tool qualification, and process development.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for qualifying and sustaining manufacturing process and equipment.
  • Transfers process to high volume manufacturing and provide support in new factory start-up as well as install and qualification of the new production lines
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvements (cost reduction, run rate etc), process stability, reliability, quality and safety.
  • Supports and improves process control/quality systems such as SPC, FDC and APC
  • Partner with stakeholders both internal and to identify process/equipment gaps, formulate and execute plans to close gaps
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts to support 24X7 high volume manufacturing required for business needs
