Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field of study.
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications:
1+ year(s) experience in the semiconductor environment. Experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, military training and/or work experience.
Knowledge of statistics and experimental design; and the skills to apply that knowledge to tool matching, tool qualification, and process development.

Responsibilities

Responsible for qualifying and sustaining manufacturing process and equipment.
Transfers process to high volume manufacturing and provide support in new factory start-up as well as install and qualification of the new production lines
Identify opportunities for productivity improvements (cost reduction, run rate etc), process stability, reliability, quality and safety.
Supports and improves process control/quality systems such as SPC, FDC and APC
Partner with stakeholders both internal and to identify process/equipment gaps, formulate and execute plans to close gaps
Ability to work scheduled shifts to support 24X7 high volume manufacturing required for business needs
