Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any related field, supported by significant experience in the sales function and training.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or specialist position in sales, preferably in a multinational FMCG company.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and standard methodologies in assessing training needs analysis (TNA), developing appropriate programs, and implementing sales force training.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills.
  • Ability to deliver results through collaboration and influencing.
  • Highly organized and diligent.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training content based on the needs of your area of responsibility.
  • Deliver training programs aligned with the strategic company directions.
  • Take the lead in implementing training programs initiated by P&C for the field force.
  • Collaborate with the ASMs and FMZMs in developing plans for TDL and TCL's.
  • Cascade and implement JTI projects and directions.
  • Track progress on important metrics to evaluate regular and consistent mentoring and field coaching sessions on salesforce performance.
  • Provide support in terms of mentoring to the field force.
  • Conduct fieldwork to find opportunities for people and process development.
  • Collaborate with sales, field marketing, RTM, and other departments in developing projects related to operational efficiencies, route management, and improvements.
  • Develop tools to ensure transfer of knowledge to the field force.
  • Provide support to ASMs and FMZMs during business reviews and cycle meetings.
  • Collaborate with P&C and Sales Management Team to cascade important communications and projects to the field force related to new projects and directions.
  • Provide support in terms of creation and development of digital content aiming to improve processes and support sales growth.
  • Promote and educate the field force in terms of usage of digital tools.
  • Periodically assess field force skills and identify training needs.
  • Regularly monitor mentoring activities and sales performance of the field force.
  • Collaborate with ASMs in crafting developmental plans for the field force.
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks in accordance with the Company’s requirements.
  • Maintain required documentation for projects.
  • Coordinate efficient and simple workflows across Sales, field marketing, and other departments.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
