Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
  • The engineer needs to operate effectively under time constraints and pressure from the customer and the business
  • Ability to schedule and plan periodic maintenance service to contract customer base on service contract requirement.
  • To lead a team of technicians to perform the periodic maintenance service and attend to customer’s spot call.
  • Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader
  • Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed
  • To maintain and establish a good working relationship with the customer.
  • To do project management for alteration, additions or retrofit works on service site.
  • Supervision of field installation, cabling in Service projects/Quoted reactive work
  • Create new sales opportunities during the application of the project/service
  • To propose small work quotation for customer and carried out the proposed work on acceptance.
  • Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time
  • Support FSS or FSL for project cost and progress reporting
  • To support sales on technical requirement of maintenance or retrofit sites, and including basic costing of job.
  • Estimate materials costs and quantities provide the information to the FSS or FSL, and Service Sales.
  • To assist project manager on big scale project to execute the project smoothly, on-time and on budget.
  • The engineer needs to provide the customer with an awareness of system amendments to meet his requirements and there by leverage sales and new Honeywell sales initiatives.
  • Assist FSS or FSL to achieve service matrix and regional AOP targets.
  • Adhere strictly to the Honeywell SOPs, Honeywell HSE policy and requirements in all activities.
