Responsibilities

  • Prepare and circulate daily and weekly performance trackers.
  • Maintain and develop tracker files and reports.
  • Review and analyse P&L and tracker information for errors and trends.
  • Collaborate with Finance Shared Services on month end, P&Ls and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support EBITDA reconciliation and analysis for review.
  • Generate ad-hoc operational reports to aid business performance analysis.
  • Work with the UK FP&A Team to streamline reporting for senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with report users.
  • Adhere to forecasting schedules: 13-week Tracker Forecast, Quarterly Rolling Forecast, 3-year Business Plans.
  • Prepare accurate forecast data templates and analysis.
  • Reflect trends and cost drivers in financial models.
  • Submit forecast data into Cognos on time.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with Procurement for price forecasting.
  • Complete standards reset activities with thorough analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information.
  • Prepare price variance reports and ad-hoc costing analysis.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate updates.
  • Collaborate with peers to harmonize processes and drive improvements.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support various projects, including centralization and IS transformation.
  • Lead the review of the Business Control Environment to ensure that they are constantly being applied.
  • Assist with internal and external audit-related activities.
  • Provide guidance and training to Associate Finance Analyst.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
