Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Advanced Excel / modeling skills required; experience with valuation or forecasting required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in the financial services and/or asset-based finance industries is preferred

Responsibilities

  • The Finance and Reporting Team provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis on behalf of the Asset Based Finance (ABF) investment vehicles.
  • Manage the ABF short- and long-term forecasts. Drive the preparation of periodic analytics and analysis to add strategic insight into business performance and future results. Track key segment performance indicators.
  • Support transactions in multiple capacities, including but not limited to, client allocations, performance, and the tracking of each client mandate. Maintain historical cash flow, investment, and performance data.
  • Assist in the preparation of management materials for Blackstone’s earnings release preparation.
  • Facilitate the preparation and review of quarterly investor communications and other marketing-related schedules and exhibits.
  • Interface with stakeholders across the firm including but not limited to the ABF Investment team, Investor Relations, and Fund Accounting.
