Responsibilities

  • Help with the planning and coordination of US & UK GAAP audit timetables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Preparing various accounts workings and Financial Statements documents in OneSource.
  • Monthly GL close work, including journal posting, reconciliation preparation, reviews, monthly variance commentary.
  • Participation in the preparation of the UK Group VAT return.
  • Coordination of the payment practices half yearly submissions, including data analysis/reviews and improvement planning suggestions.
  • Being a point of contact for AP queries/requests for both the local teams/business and the AP centre of excellence team in Gurugram.
  • Supporting the quarterly FCA returns.
  • Ad hoc tasks or projects as required.
