Responsibilities

  • ES Category Finance and MEC process;
  • Monitor and analyse category-level financial performance for the ES Fresh business, identifying risks and opportunities, supporting the pre-WBR (Weekly Business Review) process and developing the right controlling mechanisms.
  • Provide business teams with financial support to build category level Operational Plans that allow them to meet business targets.
  • Provide financial analysis to support decision-making for the ES category level.
  • Own the MEC process for ES (MBR/QBR), deep diving and clearly communicating the drivers of performance for business controllable metrics, and contributing to the overall narrative for leadership reviews.
  • Selection Subject Matter Expert;
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to develop the tools and methodologies used by the CEU team in the selection curation process.
  • Collaborate with the ES team to establish effective partnerships and ensure alignment on selection-related financial processes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on historical profitability at product (ASIN) level, providing guidance and support to the CEU team.
  • Cross-CEU Support for monthly P&L performance review process;
  • Assist with the month-end close processes across the CEU function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of month-end close activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams during the month-end close.
