Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly expense reporting including analyzing financial results, synthesizing trends, and communicating key messages.
  • Developing and executing other key monthly and quarterly financial reports and process, including use of Alteryx, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
  • Preparing reconciliations and post accruals and other general ledger adjustments related to expenses.
  • Preparing quarterly GAAP and STAT reporting and commentary.
  • Understanding, extracting and transforming data from various key financial systems and tools such as Hyperion, Essbase, Concur, Business Objects, and Microsoft suite in order to assist in presenting strategic information to leadership.
  • Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process by working with the business to identify key inputs and providing analysis to evaluate trends.
  • Continuing to drive operational improvement and scalability by developing and evolving repeatable financial processes.
  • Assisting business with ad hoc financial analysis that supports decision making.
