Responsibilities

  • Senior Management Reporting & Analytics:
  • Client Revenue Reporting:
  • Pivotal point of contact for Global Sales Analytics reports which involves partnering with senior management and understanding their data requirements for business analysis
  • Work with the COO Team to analyze and monitor developing trends and create reporting across various metrics.
  • In conjunction with Sales, Trading, and Infrastructure teams, support various Fixed Income business Client Management efforts, particularly focused on sales and cross-product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business groups to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business summaries for the management committee, including year-end business plans and budgets.
  • E Trading Sales Support:
  • Conceptualize and produce Monthly/Quarterly Scorecards on Electronic Trading performance of various business pods.
  • Updating pitchbooks on E Trading capabilities
  • Track metrics and KPI’s such as Market Share, Hit Ratio, etc. for focused clients / product gaps.
  • Daily Sales & Client Management:
  • Monitor daily production and trades for reasonableness and data quality of sales credits.
  • Manage daily sales credit processes including amendment requests and journals.
  • Manage day to day research management processes, client queries and relationship management.
  • Data Quality:
  • Analyze data sets to help identify potential challenges and conceptualize solutions to streamline operations.
  • Help improve and manage our data quality processes across our CRM (client relationship management) platform.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead various Business Intelligence and Analytics reporting projects in conjunction with the IT team.
  • Day-to-day process enhancements. Improvements and automation to promote efficiency in the business operations.
  • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
  • Other areas of focus may include:
  • Liaise with and support senior management and sales & trading teams on ad-hoc business inquiries
  • Collaborate with others across the organization on daily processes, inquiries, or initiatives
  • Mentor Juniors in the team and participate in knowledge exchange and training initiatives
  • Exposure to Jefferies proprietary data analytics tools and vendor integrated tools like Cognos, Power BI, Qlik, Power Automate
