Responsibilities

  • Work directly with multiple sales teams – handling many internal/administrative tasks
  • Assist senior sales professionals in managing relationships, preparing trade ideas, and responding to client inquiries. Provide timely and accurate information regarding market updates, trade execution, and settlement processes
  • Stay informed on macroeconomic trends, interest rate movements, credit spreads, and other factors impacting fixed income markets.
  • Prepare daily market summaries and client-ready materials to support sales efforts
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in trade execution, settlement, and client servicing
  • Update, maintain, and enhance databases and automated tools used by the teams to track information such as transaction pricings, investor feedback, etc.
  • Handle incoming calls/messaging and route appropriately
