Do we support remote work?
Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week, so remote work may not be fully supported.
What are the basic qualifications required for this position?
The basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, 0-2 years of experience in capital markets, the requirement to acquire FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 within 150 days of employment, and familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, Excel, and other financial tools.

Preferred qualifications include the ability to spot arising opportunities, excellent communication skills, effective teamwork or individual work in a fast-paced environment, decision-making skills under pressure, integrity, an understanding of securitized fixed income products, and strong organizational skills.
What is the salary range for this position?
The annual base salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $110,000.

What type of products will I be dealing with in this role?
In this role, you will be dealing with Fixed Income Structured Products, which include securitized fixed income products such as Asset-backed Securities (ABS), Mortgage-backed Securities (MBS), and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).
How will my performance be evaluated in this position?
Your performance may be evaluated based on your ability to effectively support sales teams, manage client relationships, your communication skills, efficiency in trade execution and settlement processes, and your initiative in process enhancements.
What is an important part of the daily responsibilities?
An important part of the daily responsibilities includes preparing daily market summaries and client-ready materials to support sales efforts.
Will I be required to interact with clients?
Yes, you will assist senior sales professionals in managing relationships and responding to client inquiries.
What kind of training or certification is required for this job?
